Hydra
Hydra(pronounced ee-dra), is a no car island. the only way of transport on the island is either by donkey, water taxi or by foot. the island boasts many well- preserved stone mansions. Hydra is a popular destination for artists writers and musicians. even singer Leonard Cohen lived on the island for a period of time.


Spetses
Another car free island, Spetses requires you to travel around either by foot, bicycle or horse-drawn carriage. the island played an important role in the Greek war of independence. the island is home to many beautiful beaches and elegant grand mansions built by shipowners in the 18th and 19th century. every September, Spetses holds their annual Armata festival. it's a week long celebration commemorating a naval battle during the war of independence against the Ottomans.
Poros
Poros is a beautiful relatively lesser known island of the Saronic group. Poros is actually two islands connected by a small bridge. one is more volcanic and has their main town, and the other is larger and greener. Poros is known for it's amazing clock tower that was built in 1927. another landmark of Poros is the Monastery of Zoodochos Pigi which is located in Poros' lush pine forest.
