Cyclades

Anafi
Anafi is an incredible small island nestled in the south Aegean and is often overlooked by tourists in favor of the nearby Santorini. Anafi's main attraction is the church of the virgin Mary, set atop a massive cliff that rises over 400m from the Aegean and offers some of the best views in Greece, especially if you are lucky enough to be there at sunrise.

Milos
Milos is an island slowly gaining popularity on social media due to it's dramatic coastline and moon-like surface found at Saracinico beach. Milos also boasts traditional Greek fishing huts which used to be boat storage units during the winter. Milos is an amazing island with lots of diverse beaches. visit it before it falls into the trap that is popularity.

Syros
Syros is the capital of the Cyclades and is home to an amazing town called Ermoupoli that greets you if you arrive by ferry. Syros, like Milos, also boasts an airport. being the capital island, Syros also has many museums where you can learn about the islands' and the Cyclades' history. Syros is a very cosmopolitan and fascinating island that you should check out whilst you're in Greece

Sifnos
Sifnos is also known as an Island for foodies, with amazing restaurants and tastes of Greece. the best chef in the country comes from Sifnos. the island also boasts lot's of amazing hiking trails and beaches.

Serifos
Serifos is an Island with a very charming main Village (in Greek, Chora,), and has a mining history. Serifos also has an impressive 40 beaches and many archeological sites to discover. the island even has ties with Greek mythology.

Kythnos
the least explored island of the Cyclades, is a very charming and traditional island with stunning beaches. Kythnos even has thermal springs. Kythnos is known for its traditional buildings.

Folegandros
Folegandros is a very small, relatively unknown island that is becoming more and more popular with social media. why? because of its stunning cliffs. their main village (Chora), is perched right on the edge. Folegandros is often credited for its wild beauty. go and see it for yourself.

Santorini
Santorini, the most famous island in Greece, possibly on Earth, has everything imaginable, from giant volcanic cliffs to volcanos to black beaches to red beaches to many villages like Fira and Megalochori to ancient ruins. no wonder it attracts more than 3 million visitors a year. visit Santorini in the off-season.

Ios
A poetic and charming little island close to Santorini, Ios has a reputation as a party island, but it's so much more than that. it has some of the softest sand in all of Greece and even has the alleged tomb of the poet Homer. Ios is great for all ages and its charming village, (Chora), is very stereotypical of the Cyclades.

Sikinos
A small and relatively unknown island, situated between Folegandros and Ios, Sikinos is a perfect island for wine lovers and escaping the crowds.

Iraklia
Iraklia, another small island, is perfect for swimmers and divers. the water is turquoise and contains the wreckage of a ww2 plane. it is also a great place for hikers.

Andros
Andros, the most northernly of the Cyclades, is the perfect island for hikers. Andros is a very mountainous island with lots of history and untouched beauty waiting to be explored

Tinos
Tinos boasts one of the most famous pilgrimages for orthodox Christians. the island is also known for its stunning marble work and the fact that it is dotted with many traditional windmills. visit Tinos.

Naxos
the largest of the Cycladic islands, Naxos has many wonders and is the perfect island for families. the island has many mythological ties and greets you with ancient ruins as you enter the port. in addition, the beaches are spectacular making this island the ultimate getaway.

Amorgos
Another fairly large island, Amorgos is a fan favorite of Greece lovers. The island is known for its Monastery of Hozoviotissa, which is built into the side of a cliff. Amorgos is perfect for divers and swimmers, with amazing water and an abundance of marine life. Amorgos is an amazing island for all.
